Staying Available During Class

• Stay reachable by phone for the entire class at the number on your enrollment packet. Keep your ringer on, and tell us before class if your number has changed.
• Stay within a 20-minute drive of the Center so you can return promptly for pickup, an early pickup, a schedule change, or an emergency.
• Answer or return our call immediately. If we cannot reach you within 15 minutes and your child needs to leave class, we will call the authorized contacts on your enrollment packet in the order listed.
• Be at the Center by the end of your child's class. A parent, guardian, or authorized adult must be present to sign your child out.
• We allow a 15-minute grace period after the class end time. After that, a late pickup fee of $35 per child applies. The fee is charged to the card on file or added to your account balance and must be paid before your child's next class. It applies per class, not per day.
• If we cannot reach you or any authorized contact and your child has not been picked up within 30 minutes of the class end time, we will follow the emergency procedures in your enrollment packet, which may include contacting local authorities.
• In a medical emergency we call 911 first and you second.
• This applies equally when an authorized support person is with your child. A support person does not replace your responsibility to stay reachable and nearby.
